Skin cells in the oral cavity contain large amounts of DNA. These skin cells are collected on the swab by scraping\/rotating the swab in the oral cavity for approximately 10-20 seconds.
Age has no influence, a newborn baby can be tested. DNA testing via mouth swab is painless and not traumatic for a newborn baby.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The DNA kit contains instructions, 2 sampling sticks for each test subject, an envelope to place each person's samples in, and a reply envelope stamped with Quick Letter for return. Should it take a long time from sample collection to return, this does not matter, as the DNA sample envelope is extremely stable.
