Full sibling test

Sibling tests are often used as an indirect way of establishing paternity, for example if it is not possible to test the presumed biological father. DNA testing between presumed full or half siblings provides answers to whether the individuals share 2, 1, or no biological parents. The test is up to +99.9999% accurate. Always state in the notes whether it is the mother or father you are testing for, and which of the mother or father you are sure of.

Sibling DNA test, proves if the tested possible full or half siblings have enough DNA in common to share 1 or 2 biological parents. Half-siblings have enough DNA in common to share 1 or 2 biological parents. In some cases, you may need to include a parent's DNA (typically the mother's) and/or other family members to complete the test. Even without the known biological parent, results with up to 99.9999% accuracy are often seen.

Should it take a long time from the time the sample is collected until it is returned, this does not matter, as the DNA sample envelope is extremely stable.
