Answer. A legal DNA test and a self-collected DNA test are analysed according to the same standards. The difference between the two types of tests is that the legal DNA test requires the participation of a public figure. In this case, you could use your doctor or lawyer, who will then create a document for you that the test has been performed on the correct person.
Your results will be treated in strict confidence and only provided to the personal data registered with the order. For security reasons, the results will only be sent to the e-mail address specified when ordering. If you want the results to be delivered by other means, such as regular mail, you can specify this when ordering the test kit.
DNA Medical does not charge extra fees for any re-collection of new samples, as long as the samples are from our own sample material (the DNA kit sent), we always guarantee the production of a DNA profile, even if this means extra sample collection.
