DNA Test - Instructions
Skin cells in the oral cavity contain large amounts of DNA. These skin cells are collected on the swab by scraping/rotating the swab in the oral cavity for approximately 10-20 seconds.
Age has no influence, a newborn baby can be tested. DNA testing via mouth swab is painless and not traumatic for a newborn baby.

You will receive the DNA kit in a plain white neutral envelope with no return address, as a Quick Letter. We understand our clients' often sensitive situation regarding the need for a DNA test. All shipping costs are included in the price.

Contents of the DNA kit
The DNA kit contains instructions, 2 sampling sticks for each test subject, an envelope to place each person's samples in, and a reply envelope stamped with Quick Letter for return. Should it take a long time from sample collection to return, this does not matter, as the DNA sample envelope is extremely stable. Remember to write your name on the test envelopes in Clear block letters if you want it to be included in the results.

Delivering the result
Delivery of results is usually by email/PDF document, as standard. This ensures the fastest possible delivery and the highest possible confidentiality. You can, of course, have the results delivered by normal post, for example, which can be purchased when ordering.
